Hello,

kindly i want to know how to get a skin from a website to be applied to a dnn website.

all the tutorials say that i have the skin, and explain how to install it and so on.

what if i want to get the skin of an online website (e.g: youtube.com)

and then i want to apply the skin i got to my dnn website.

 

if that is not possible, then how can i create my own skin

Hi

In DNN website, you can find Skin folder inside 'Portals\_default\Skins'. And skin controls inside 'admin\Skins'. So you can copy 1 default skin folder let say 'Gravity' and paste with some other name and start customization on it. Then new/ customized  skins can be applied to individual page level from Page Settings or to site level from Admin-> Skins or Admin> Site Settings. Also you learn some skin basic using below links:
