I write the blog post in WLW (Windows Live Writer), publish it, it will not show up on the blog only under Manage>Blogs but when I click on "edit" I get this error:

"Error: is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex ---> System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex at System.String.InternalSubStringWithChecks(Int32 startIndex, Int32 length, Boolean fAlwaysCopy) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.Common.PostBodyAndSummary..ctor(PostInfo Post, SummaryType summaryModel, Boolean includeLocalizations, Boolean autoGenerateSummaryIfEmpty, Int32 autoGenerateLength) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.PostEdit.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---"

The issue started a few days ago when I had to re-enter account info in WLW due to reassigning blog ownership.
WLW works fine except it cannot download blog theme.
I also upgraded WLW from 2011 to 2012 version but I don't think that's the issue.
