hm, this requires to investigate data, of course, I haven't covered all possible cases.
Maybe in portallocalization, one of the tabs columns points to a tab, which has been deleted?

Cheers from Germany,

I have to check it. Thanks Sebastian.

Actually, I had 10 Website with a Single Engine and separated with Sub-Portal in 3 years ago.

This year I separate them with 10 time copy of that Multiple Portal and deleting other sub-portal for each website. When I Delete Portal "0" I had an error and it remain from 6-7 mount before until now. I found a way to delete this Portal by Uninstalling NavXP module and after uninstalling this module I success to delete Portal 0. But In these times I had 14,000 Spam Registration on Portal"0" and again I restore backup and Start again to delete users first because my Database is 4-6GB !!!!

During Deleting Users and Portal this error happen. This is my problem. Now I have to restore again and I delete users by DNN "Remove Deleted Users" Button without using that Script for Deleting Users because It's not working Correctly.

These portals Upgraded from 5.6.2 to 7.3.3 but step by step in last years til now.

This was my portals story and my problems.... I try to fix it, and thank you very much for your help and guide

No Dear Sebastian, I think there is another Importan BUG on DNN 7.3.3!!! Because I Install New DNN Portal for NEw Client by DNN 7.3.3 this week.

I make Farsi Language firs as Default Language, After Finishing Design and Data Entry works, I Add New Language (English) with Localization page. Then Today I start to change Page Settings and I saw same Error When I change Page Name and Page Title of each page:

ThatError: is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Security.Permissions.TabPermissionCollection.AddRange(TabPermissionCollection tabPermissions) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.ManageTabs.SaveTabData(String strAction) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.ManageTabs.cmdUpdate_Click(Object Sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

That one was Same error for Portal Tables and here is for modules! I never got this error before. This is Very Clear and basically DNN 7.3.3 and I'm 100% sure I never do anything that make trouble. When I change Page name only It's ok, When I change Page and Title together I go it. Also When I click on Pages on "Page Management" Page not loaded correctly and I have to refresh again.... !!!!
