I am getting 37/100 in google page speed, which is really bad

.One suggestion is , Please help me resolve it.

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Your page has 16 blocking script resources and 8 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.
None of the above-the-fold content on your page could be rendered without waiting for the following resources to load. Try to defer or asynchronously load blocking resources, or inline the critical portions of those resources directly in the HTML.

Remove render-blocking JavaScript:

Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:

AND

Enable compression

Compressing resources with gzip or deflate can reduce the number of bytes sent over the network.

Enable compression for the following resources to reduce their transfer size by 920.3KiB (75% reduction).

  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/…s/jquery-ui/01_10_03/jquery-ui.js?cdv=24 could save 334.4KiB (75% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/…braries/jquery/01_09_01/jquery.js?cdv=24 could save 192.8KiB (71% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/…rces/shared/scripts/dnn.jquery.js?cdv=24 could save 131.8KiB (81% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/portals/_default/default.css?cdv=24 could save 65.5KiB (82% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/…s/_default/skins/gravity/skin.css?cdv=24 could save 49.1KiB (82% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/…/gravity/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css could save 48.8KiB (81% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/…gaORo1HZMM5ijm-iv20&t=635418424260000000 could save 17.5KiB (80% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/ could save 15.7KiB (65% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/js/dnn.js?cdv=24 could save 11.1KiB (68% reduction).
  • Compressing http://67.135.246.207/…igrate/01_02_01/jquery-migrate.js?cdv=24 could save 11KiB (65% reduction).

Which DNN version are you running?
you may turn on compression in IIS for your website - static is easy, dynamic might me tricky, as you might need to configure all parameters.
you might enable client resource management and combine css and or js files, also use CDN, where available.

we removed compression from DNN in 6.2.0 as IIS now does a far superior job (both faster and smaller and no bugs) - see http://www.iis.net/configreference/system.webserver/httpcompression for some more details.

As to your google page speed score, that's very slow - prior to dnn 7.3.0 our google page speed default score was 54 and simply upgrading to 7.3.0 raised that to 59 AFAIR (http://www.dnnsoftware.com/community-blog/cid/154992/before-and-after-speed-testing-with-a-dnn-73-upgrade and http://www.dnnsoftware.com/blog/evoq-content-73-speed-and-performance cover why it's important to run 7.3.0 or higher). I just did a quick test on a test site I installed on Azure and the mobile score was 62 and the desktop score was 77 -if I simply optimised the images used with the default install then the score would have been higher again

of course, page speed depends on the modules, placed on a page - and the system behind.
For larger sites, important factors are a) web server configuration (mainly CPU and RAM), b) IIS web site configuration c) Internet connection d) SQL Server configuration and e) SQL optimization
a) if your server don't suffer from ram, set DNN caching in Host settings to "heavy" and utilize module caching
b) you already got tips about compression, some dynamic caching might be also of help
c) using CDN should assist
d) use highest compatibility level and a recent version of SQL server (2012 or 2014)
e) check out Turbo scripts at http://dnnscript.codeplex.com
