Hi,

Using FnL for simple form. I have a field called Name. I thought is I put this in the subject line Form submission from [Name] that the person's name would be inserted in the bracketed area. That is not the case.. Anybody know how to insert the name into the subject line? Thanks

You want [User:DisplayName]. In Form & List Configuration, there should be a link at the bottom for "Available Tokens Help".

It appears those tokens work only when a user is logged into the site. I need a way to transmit the name filled out on the form to be inserted into the subject line. I don't want to require a user to be logged in to submit a form on the site.

Sorry, Todd. Didn't pay close enough attention to your question.
You want [Field:Name] as indicated by the help popup icon in the Subject field of the form's EMail Settings.
