I just upgraded by 6.x site to 6.2.9 and then 7.3.3 (the recommended path) and now it's not rendering any skins. I couldn't login so I tried changing to the default skins (gravity) in the database with no luck. There are no error on the page and no skin code being rendered in the browser.  There are no errors in the event log.  I am running in IIS (as a root site). I have made sure the site file have proper permissions. I have been using DNN from version 3.x and have seen lots of upgrade issues, but this is new to me. Any thoughts?

same issue: freshly installed 7.3.3, no skin is changeable.
deleting browsercache doesn't change anything.

Some ideas?

please check PortalSettings table and make sure, paths for skins and containers do use proper capitalization.
