I enable captcha for a contact module and I'm receiving continuos exceptions like the following (NOTE I PUT spaces in the long encoded string to make it readable here but there are no spaces in the original exception):

it might be an issue with number format, if you are using a language other than en-US. I'd contact the module developer/vendor.

It may be tied to italian language I don't know... I reported back your suggestion to the dev.
I looked other topics around here on that subject but non seem to apply to my scenario.
