I have upgraded (professional) DNN from version 05.06.02 to version 06.01.05. Everything went OK except this line:
Executing Application Upgrades: 06.01.04 Error!

How can I find out what went wrong? I have cleaned table EventLog in the database prior upgrade and the table now has 165 rows. But how can I find the error?

Many thanks,

Rok

Logs are stored in the /Portals/_default/logs folder. You can also view these under "Host" -> "Host Settings" using its log viewing. You will want to look at the log for 6.1.4.

I went to Host -> Host Settings and than took a look for version 06.01.04. I got a message: "The log file is empty for the script version specified. This generally indicates that the script ran successfully.".

But upgrade report indicated "Executing Application Upgrades: 06.01.04 Error!".

There is a file LogFailures.xml.resources in the \Portals\_default\Logs folder. File has some content, but I still cannot find the error :(

Any other idea how to look what went wrong?

Many thanks!

Each upgrade consists of two steps: an execution of a SQL script (which is logged in the file, you get displayed in Host Settings) and an application (code based) upgrade inside DNN, which should be logged in Eventlog.
