When a page is configured to enforce an SSL connection and the site is set to redirect to that page after login, the SSL page renders inside the login pop-up dialog instead of the dialog closing. This problem is occurring in 7.2.2. Has this problem been fixed in a later version?

If your site is using SSL then you should be using a custom login page.  Loading an SSL page in a popup is not secure since you are effectively loading a secure resource on a non-secure page.
