 Sebastian,

I've upgraded a site from 7.05 to 7.3.3 (and then to 7.3.4), and I am having this issue also.  I have tried running the script (replacing the {databaseowner} with dbo. and the {objectqualifier} with nothing as per the web.config) and the Host|SQL gave me the Script Ran OK checkmark, however it is still erroring out.

I have checked the Frequency list (it is there), the Roles table (no NULL values) and the roles for Administrators and Registered users in the Portal table (pointing to 0 and 1 respectively).

Any other thing to look at, or did I run the script incorrectly?

Not sure what happened, maybe something was cached or something (the only thing I did was run the script).  However now I go in and the Security Roles page is now available.

I'm really hoping it was the script...

After running any database script, you need to clear website cache or restart application, in order to get latest data being used.
