Have you checked out Mitchel Sellers' DNN Performance Configuration Best Practices Guide yet? If not, you may want to give it a look.

A Question about Page Loading Time Line:

Please look at this page on Tab "Timeline": http://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.shagh...

What is that First line. All of DNN Websites has First Line 4-12 Seconds Waiting Time for Response and it's maximum for most of other websites 1-3 seconds...!!!
What is that? I think there is no way for make it less than 5 seconds. I check it with Very Strong Server also, I Adjust IIS and DNN in the Best and optimize configuration just for speed, but This delay time is keep like before. Is i any way to skip this delay time? 60-80% of total page loading time is for this first line only!

Please tell me about that. thank you friends...

The first line is the time, until the server has evaluated the call and composed the page, starting to transfer content
