Hi, all - I'm a little new at DNN, and I'm trying to get the out of the box FAQ Module to work on 7.1. I've plugged in a couple sample questions, and they show up just fine, but although I have also put text in the answer fields, I get a 'null-null' answer for each of them. Has anyone seen this before, or do you know what might be causing it? Thanks in advance for your help!

it might be a browser issue, did you try another one or on a different machine?

Hi, Sebastian - thanks for your response - this is what it does in the three browsers I'm using:

  •  Mozilla: answers display a 'null-null' error
  • Chrome: answers display a 'Loading...' message that hangs and doesn't change
  • IE: answers display a 'null-null' error

Let me know if there's any other info I can provide - thanks!
