After upgrading to 7.3.4 I had an error that the teller editor install.zip file timed out.  So I'm not sure if the rest of the upgrade took place due to the Error- however site - when not logged in performs okay, however after login to Host :

Site menu below editor rolls up underneath the menu and all the Admin...Host...Modules  to edit show in a list form not very readable: Editor not working??

What do I need to do to correct?

sorry, I don't understand your issue, image doesn't get displayed.
Did you check the Event Viewer in Admin menu for associated issues?

If possible, I would roll back to the old version using your backups (you did take a backup before upgrade I assume).  Once you have rolled back, you can re-apply the upgrade.

If you can't roll back, then I would do the upgrade process again anyway.  Most of the modules should do a "repair" which is basically just updating the assemblies.  Those that didn't get correctly upgraded the first time (like Telerik) will get installed.

I tried to do the install again- however I got the same result... pasting an image- the edit bar covers the menu and the menu items are all overlapped with each other... so I'm not sure what didn't load - but the upgrade did not fire off either?

Hi Mike. I'm not sure what version you have upgraded from, but this looks to be more skin/css issues. There may have been some styles in the upgraded default.css that is causing the layout issues.
