Hi all

I'm trying to filter the member directory module by a profile property but am unable to see the profile property in the select list.  I was able to get one profile property to show up, which the only difference was that it was a Readonly INT field without a default value.  The other that I actually need to set to is a TrueFalse field - but it doesn't show.

Both properties have the same visibility, category name and required settings otherwise.

Is there a trick to getting the profile property's to be listed when using the profile filter on the Member Directory settings?

Thanks,

Chris

AFAIK, the module does support text properties only

I've tried creating a new text field both through Site Settings and Site Management (Host menu) but it's still not showing in the Member Directory filter > user property list.  Now I'm confused as to how the other custom field got there.  Could you please point me the direction for the source code @Sebastian and I'll take a further look?

Edit: After having another look, the Languages list doesn't populate in the Manage Localisation tab when editing a User Profile Property. I think this maybe the problem. Is there something that would cause the languages not to display. I'm using the default US language and that's it. In the (Admin) Languages, US is set as default but the Enabled checkbox is unchecked - is this an issue?

(I'm on DNN Platform Version 7.3.2)

Thanks.

If you have a single language only, it needs to be enabled.
If your single language is "en-US", no translation is needed.
