I would like to start on a new module development. However I would rather do it in MVC and be compatible with DNN's 8 (7.5?) MVC framework. Is this possible in some way or is it still too early?

(I heard of  DnnMvcBridge but I want something that's DNN core)

currently, the best option would be creating an MVVM module, (I prefer BitBoxx templates by Torsten Weggen, bot others might be fine as well).
DNN 7.5 is supposed to support MVC modules, which might run in DNN neXt as well - but it is to early even to tell whether this goal is worth while - personally, I am looking for the best solution for (users and) developers in the Long term.

it's too early - whilst we have an internal solution working, we are changing it based on some advice from Microsoft. We expect to create a separate (public) branch for 7.5.0 once 7.4.0 is released so anyone can track/test our code.
