Anyone else having the issue where the sitemap.aspx is not updated when page priorities, permissions or updates to the pages occur and then the sitemap cache is refreshed ?

The issue appears to be in the issue tracker DNN-5782 but not indication of a resolution and meanwhile sites are showing no updates for months.

Anyone else know a work around to get the sitemap to refresh even if it's manual

 Cheers Ed

The Sitemap that is generated is not stored in the database and is NOT cached. There is a file created for this (in the Portals/PORTALID-System/Sitemap directory) that only gets updated 1x per day. To update the sitemap, you must delete this file and it will be generated (or wait a day).
