Issue:
Certain DNN management functionality not working.  When functionality is clicked the screen dims and the processing spinner comes up and never ends.  I cannot add aliases, edit aliases, add roles to users, or view logs.  Other areas have the same issues but I'm testing in these areas.  I have also noticed if the clicked event is the last in a series of steps the action is performed but the spinner stays active.  If it's in a middle of a serious of actions no further processing is done.  I'm seeing this issue on several sites now.  Different DNN versions, hosting companies, and clients.

Examples:
Host -> Host Settings -> Logs : After selecting a log file to view, the spinner comes up and never ends.
Admin -> User Accounts :  Select a user then select a "Security Role". Never ending spinner.
Admin -> Site  Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Site Aliases :  Click "Add New Alias. Never ending spinner.

Environment:
I'm seeing this issue on several sites now.  Different DNN versions, hosting companies, and clients.  The one site I'm doing research on to fix is a simple DNN install setup to test a module install.  Nothing really has been done to the base install.
DNN Version: 07.03.04 (45)  (Original install two minor versions older had same issues.   Upgrade did not fix)
Installed jQuery Version: 1.9.1
Installed jQuery UI Version: 1.10.3
.Net Framework: 4.x
DNN installed in sub directory in all instances
Default DNN skin
Multiple browsers - IE11, Chrome, FireFox
No page errors reported to browsers

does any error get logged in admin->event viewer?
