The problem I have is best visible on the screenshot attached (hope it won't be deleted after posting):

The screener is taken in the middle of the loading process of this page of mine .

The elements: Search Option ComboBox, Breadcrumb and Footer wait long until the whole page loads and only after that do they "furl" (get minimized in case of Search Option ComboBox and Breadcrumb) and "fall"  (get positioned at the bottom of the page in case of the Footer).

I can't find the place where I can manipulate the code for the ComboBox nor the Breadcrumb but came up with a script to position the Foooter at the very bottom of the document body no matter how high the screen size is (if there are not too many modules on such a page).

The Footer "hesitates" during the page load process (just as long as the ComboBox and Breadcrumb) even though I placed the scripts at different places using jQuery (document.ready), Will Strohl's Injection Module but no visible difference.

Any insight as to optimize the behavior of the beasts would be kindly appreciated.
