We are using Evoq so excuse me for asking this question here but I love the expert comments we get.

I know how to set up a workflow on html modules, but is there a way to set workflows up and have them applied to the whole site via the database or as a default when adding new modules..

Rather than individually setting them on each module in every page

not at present as far as I know - html modules only support page and module level settings - http://www.dnnsoftware.com/Content/Dn... . Note: in the 7.4.0 release workflow is changing a lot and becoming part of platform, as well as much more powerful - see https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/brow...
