Got this message on upgrade to 7.3.4    Host is GoDaddy.  Upgrading from 7.0.6

i believe the issue is that the extremely old links project needs upgraded as it's clashing with something with the same namespace - you should be able to fix it by updating "Framework.Reflection" to "DotNetNuke.Framework.Reflection" (no compilation is required as it's a background compiled file). However if you're not using links i'd recommend uninstalling it as it doesnt seem regularly updated.
