Accepted Answer 

At Sebastian's advice this fixed my same issue.

Once downloaded log in as Host/SuperUser and select Extensions and Install Extension Wizard and follow the instructions.  Normally you should NOT unzip the file, but in this case you have to.  Inside the main zip are separate zip files for different DNN versions; pick yours and click it.  That will get to the zip file you need; do not unzip it... Follow the Wizard.  It will be automatically 'chosen' as your default after install

Just to close this out - this worked!  Just need to get used to different editor!
