After a successful upgrade, I am greeted by a splash-screen:

looking at the logs I get this error repeated like 4 times:

  • [FATAL] DotNetNuke.Web.Common.Internal.DotNetNukeHttpApplication - System.ArgumentException: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'UserInfo'  Key being added: 'UserInfo'
  •    at System.Web.Http.WebHost.HttpControllerHandler.EndProcessRequest(IAsyncResult result)
  •    at System.Web.Http.WebHost.HttpControllerHandler.System.Web.IHttpAsyncHandler.EndProcessRequest(IAsyncResult result)
  •    at System.Web.HttpApplication.CallHandlerExecutionStep.OnAsyncHandlerCompletion(IAsyncResult ar)

I believe it might be something with the web config, but im not sure, any suggestions?
(the rest of the site seems to be working fine, but when I click on anything the splash-screen shows up every time I can close the splash-screen, and see the content behind it)
