The compatibility view of the site on different IE versions and Chrome. But it's an intranet site.

Given the final look of your site depends entirely on the skin you have chosen and the modules you are using - there is no tool as such that would be of much point.

Many developer setup a Virtualbox VM system that runs different versions of browsers and platforms - that way you can quickly switch thru different looks and test layouts - we run an old xp VM, and windows 7. and windows 8 VM, and a Linux VM and a osX VM

You can download prebuilt test VMs from microsoft to do just this sort of thing - have a look at
