We have upgraded our DNN to 7.3.4 and IIS 8 and all appeared well until we needed to fix an issue with our network DNS and assigned IPs.  Now when I access a domain via it's domain name (ex. example.net) I am redirected to the login page (ex. example.net/Login.aspx?redirecturl=example.net).  If I click on the Home tab I can view the site normally through the full tab path (SearchFriendly URL rewrite, ex. example.net/Home/tabid/##/default.aspx).
If I try to view a parent portal with a different domain (not portal 0) the skin files do not appear: the page looks as if no styling was applied at all.  And the domain name only will redirect to the login page (ex. anotherexample.net redirects to anotherexample.net/Login.aspx). As above, you can directly go to the full homepage url, but the skin files do not load.  If I log in with my host account, the skin files DO load and the portal looks OK.

I am out of ideas where to look for this issue.  Some other notes:

I am using Impersonation in order to access network shares.  The impersonation account has modify permissions to the installation folder.  The ApplicationPool is running under Network Service, which also has permissions to the installation folder.

I have set the Trust setting in web.config to Full, but it did not fix the issue.

Any advice the community could provide would be helpful.

Thanks
Dave

UPDATE:  Turns out not to be any esoteric issue, but the installation folder did not have the IUSR anonymous user account set with read/execute permission.  Rather the folder had the IIS_IUSR group assigned with that permission.  The odd thing was that the site was working for a long while before it went into this behavior.  Once the IUSR account was given permissions to the folder the sites behaved normally.
This may have been an initial configuration issue when the folder was created (in addition to the upgrade there was a server migration) where the group was assigned but not the IUSR User.  It was surprising that the sites worked for as long as they did.
