what is your Default language? DNN 7.4.0 has a bug, if Default language is other than en-US

Hello Sebastian,

I have the same issue, I tried to fix it with the script and modifying the SMTP value, but both didn't work. I noticed that the CultureCode in PortalSettings table is empty. The default language is "en-ca"

Thanks.

I think this is the same error I am getting on 1 site from 7.3.1 > 7.4.0. I just upgraded it to 7.3.4 which has worked fine. I ran the script but this didn't work. The default language of the site is en-US. I noticed also in the PortalSettings table that the SMTPAuthentication has no value either, does this need a value, if so what would be the default?

if SMTP.. portalsettings are missing or empty, DNN should use value from host settings.
Values should be stored w/o culture code though
