Hi, I guess it's my week to ask a bunch of questions...

My latest DNN site (build 7.3.4) isn't sending verification messages for "verify registration" requests. The registration request notification gets sent to the admin email account just fine and the site passes the SMTP test without issue. It's just that there is no verification messages sent to either the admin account (as it should) nor to the registrant. This is using the built-in registration process (not custom).

Is this a known issue?

Jim,
please make sure that the SMTP user is granted "relaying" on the SMTP server, otherwise might be limited to sending mails only inside your domain.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

Thanks Sebastian. That sounds like a good place to start. I'll check with the hosting provider and see what's up.
