Hi,

I am using DNN 7.0 and attempting to edit a page.  I am in Admin mode and the page editor displays however there is no content in the page I am attempting to edit.  I am using IE 11 on Windows 8.1 and this is the same issue when using Chrome on Windows 8.1 as well.

I do no know when this behavior changed.  There is nothing in the Event Viewer to indicate that something has changed or is failing. I reset the site and this does not change the behavior.

Effectively I cannot manage my DNN site nor simply edit content.  This is pretty sad and I should not have to post something like this to a forum to get an answer.

please make sure, you are in edit mode, not in design or layout mode.

Yes, I am in design mode. I have used the editor in the past and successfully edited content.

This seems to be a client issue and while I cannot figure out the source of the problem I have figured out how to work around it.  If I do not use the Rich Text editor and chose the Basic Editor the content appears.

I suggest installing CKEditor (download for free from https://dnnckeditor.codeplex.com), which is considered to becode DNN Default editor in DNN 7.5
