Upgraded in two steps from v 7.2.2 > 7.3.3 > 7.4

Both steps completed without errors. Now I'm facing a number of issues. The pressing one at the moment is I can no longer create new pages. Error shown in event viewer is:

that's actually an older error caused by incorrect permissions on your web.config file i.e. it failed to update for a changed value. That previously did not cause a problem but does from 7.4.0 on (as the new file works differently from the old) - see my post at http://www.dnnsoftware.com/answers/lo... for a solution, and I also recommend you check that you have "modify" permissions on web.config to stop future such issues
