I am using version Form and List 06.01.00 on DNN CE 7.3.4 with earlier versions it did not produce any errors until only recently, This occurs on clicking "Form and List Configuration" of the action button, while other action buttons has no issues/errors.

Could not find any reference to it on Google.

I  resolved the issue by re-installing the module.  I backed up the templates as they may have been over written by the re-install.
