Hi

I upgrade my DNN from 7.3.4 to 7.4 and after that I could not open Page setting or Module Setting.

 

this is error:

there are a number of issues with multilingual sites in DNN 7.4.0, please upgrade to 7.4.1, when available.

Restoring latest backup from before the upgrade would be the easiest option
