I have three websites on different servers, 1 runs DNN 7.3 the other two DNN7.4.  All exhibit the same issue when using the RIBBONBAR setting.

When I attempt to add an HTML module to a page (Existing or Brand New) it always adds the BANNER Module not the selected HTML Module.

I have tried on all three separate installs and it all does the same.  If I revert back to CONTROLBAR, I can add HTML Module just fine.

I originally thought it was my purchased custom skin on the first site, but second site uses a completely different custom skin and the third I tested with Dark Knight skin.

There are no errors in the logs

it is a known issue, but DNN Corp denies to fix RibbonBar issues.
I suggest using Advanced Ribbon Bar from Advanced Control Panel Suite by Oliver Hine (http://www.oliverhine.com/DotNetNuke/...).

It's a pity that the ribbonbar is not maintained, as it is easier to use and less cumbersome than the default 7 bar. I like it a lot and possibly I am not the only one...
