Brand new, fresh install of DNN 7.04.00. 2 days ago I was able to go to my file manager and upload a template into the template folder by clicking the upload button. Today, I tried to do the exact same thing (upload a new template to the template folder) and I am now getting the error message value cannot be null. Parameter name: folder.

The only thing I've done new since is installing the free FAQ dnn module 5.1.1. I looked at my event log and there is not even anything entered about this error.

Please help!

Thank you! Jody

Jody,
did you try restarting DNN? There might be an cached variable being timed out or sth like this.

It seems to be a Chrome thing because it works fine in IE. In Chrome I cleared my cache and recycled the app in dnn as host. I also cleared the cache from Chrome itself and closed out of every Chrome window I had opened. Then I restarted Chrome and tried again to upload in the file manager and still get the same error.

I have not tried in FireFox but at least for now it works in IE.

Thank you! Jody

Same problem here with DNN 9.2.2. Works only with IE11.
