Hello, Everyone.

I am trying to add an image to content in HTML module.  I call the Image Manager window and when I click on the Images folder and Image Manager tries to parse it the progress indicator displays inside the image list pane and never ends.  Refreshing the folder pane works fine.  The same thing happens when I access the Document Manager.  I double checked security settings and the AppPool has full access rights to any of these folders.

Did you ever have a similar problem with Telerik components?  Any suggestions how to fix this?

Thanks everyone in advance

try performing a recursive sync on Admin > File Management.
If this doesn't help, I suggest installing CKEditor (https://dnnsoftware.codeplex.com)

Thank you, Sebastian.

Syncing did not help.  I still have the same problem.  I am not sure, since I am a noob, do you think clearing cache may help?

Regarding CKEditor - it looks interesting.  Do you mean that by installing CKEditor I will have the option of using it as the content editor vs the native editor based on Telerik components?

Regards,

Ascar

if recursive sync doesn't fix missing files being displayed (and the file type has been added in Host Settings), switching the editor might be the best option.
it installs additionally and you may switch editors in HTML editor configurations.

Sebastian,

Deploying CKEditor as a work around worked well. As I am used more to using the RAD editor I am still wondering why the RAD editor gets stuck on loading the file list.
I tried clearing the cache which resulted in nothing.

After I installed CKEditor it assumed the role of content editor without asking me. Should I want to switch back to RAD editor - how do I do that?

Thanks in advance
Ascar
