Hi Everyone,

So today I ran into a problem with the configuration of a new alias on my dnn install. After I added the alias and set the framework target(application pool), I have found myself unable to connect to the db from that alias, though I can still connect through the original. This appears to be an issue with my IIS configuration but I wasn't sure where to go from there.

Connection To The Database Failed

Thanks in advance!

did you bind the alias to the IIS website, DNN resides in?

Cheers from Germany,
