Renga,

installing or upgrading a module is a very simmple process. As with any other module, navigate to Host :: Extensions, click the button labelled "Install Extension Wizard", then click on "Choose File", select the install package (DNN_FAQs_05.01.01_Install.zip") from your local PC (where you have downloaded it) and follow the steps.

Or: Copy the install package to your server to the folder (DNN Installation Root)\Install\Module, then navigate to Host :: Extensions, select the tab labelled "Available Extensions", open the "Modules" panel and click the "Install" button in the line with the FAQ module. Again follow the steps.

You can place upgrade packages of modules, themes (skins), providers etc. in the appropriate folders under the /install directory when you are about to upgrade DNN. Just make sure that any zip files are removed from that directories before, to avoid installation of older versions. Then start the DNN upgrade, the module / skin / etc. upgrades will be done automatically during that process.

Happy DNNing!
Michael

I suggest you restore a backup of your site to a test area and just try it.
