While there's not exactly a plugin that works like Yoast to do overall site review, many modules have full-featured SEO-related focus within their modules... so that News modules, content modules, etc allow for many SEO related fields for entering data, etc similar to the Yoast plugin.
However, for the feature where Yoast plugin helps analyze the site, suggest better content, etc, the best equivelant is the helper-class module from SiteImprove which is installed at a page level and helps analyze the information that is seen on that page for SEO, ADA, grammer and marketing related suggestions.
