I solve the problem by deleting the site directory form wwwroot and create a new folder with same name and copy exact files to the created folder, and there is no problem.

I can figure out what was the problem!!!!!!!!

I hope it does't happen again.

sounds like an issue with file system permissions...

Fortunately, mine started working. Unfortunately, I'm not sure why... It just started working again. I was doing some development on my site and noticed that it was working again.
