Hi there,

as described in subject i have (a more or less discussed) behavior in visibility of the language-control.

I use dnn on version 4.7.1. The little matrix will describe my problem:

  Admin User Anonymous User
DropDown visible visible
Flags visible invisible

 

Actually there are two languages active (german, english).

I tried the Interzoic Language Plugin and the Standard DNN Plugin, in both cases the same result.

Theres definitely no problem with user-rights, if i request a language flag from an anonymous session, i will receive a valid result.

As described in other threads, the <div> in which the control normally filled in is empty with flags and Anonymous User.

Has anyone notice such a behavior, respectively how can i solve it?

very odd - I've just tested and flags definitely work fine for anonymous users

Hi, I think this bug is relative to drop down list which show non active language to All user, fixed in DNN Platform 7.4.2
