How do you do this full file sync? Running FileSync task did not remove these user folders, is there another file sync?

Addition: User folders which are created by some older DNN version are not removed, but with if (at least) current latest version created an user folder it was actually removed when unathorized user is deleted and removed.

to remove empty folders from the command line:
for /f "delims=" %i in ('dir /ad /s /b') do @rd "%i"

A subsequent recursive file sync will remove database entries in folders and folderpermission tables.
