The log4Net sounds like either an issue with a file not updated or binding redirects web.config not updated properly.
Please check version number of the file and redirects in web.config for log4net dll.

Did you restart the application after applying TurboDNN and TurboSchema? I had same feedback from one user, and after re-applying the scripts, it went away.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

Thanks Sebestian,

I was able to solve the Log4Net issue but for DotNetNuke.Services.Exception.ModuleException, I tried it by restarting application after applying the scripts but still same issue is coming.

Could you please suggest solution for this.

Thank You.

I am asking, because I ímproved these procedures last week, after another user reported the same - but as a one time issue.
Would you mind to provide full stack trace of this error from eventlog, thank you.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
