Hello,
I have enabled password reset in my web config file but when registered users ask for it they receive mails with blanck reset links. I've tried to enable the password retrieval in my web config file but it caused a runtime error to the whole DNN installation (I can't see the error message because of the errormode on the webconfig).

I'm pasting the line on the webconfig file

        <add name="AspNetSqlMembershipProvider" type="System.Web.Security.SqlMembershipProvider" connectionStringName="SiteSqlServer" enablePasswordRetrieval="false" enablePasswordReset="true" requiresQuestionAndAnswer="false" minRequiredPasswordLength="8" minRequiredNonalphanumericCharacters="1" requiresUniqueEmail="true" passwordFormat="Hashed" applicationName="DotNetNuke" description="Stores and retrieves membership data from the local Microsoft SQL Server database" />

The problem's source wasn't the webconfig file. My site is multilingual and while adding the new languages, the email_password_reminder_body.txt wasn't recreated appropriately. For anyone having the same problem the solution is in this link (go to language management- system language files- global resources and add the reset link missing on the email password reminder section) http://concepteurweb.ca/blog/en/post/1222
