In the PortalAlias table the only strange thing I see is that one multi language site has 3 primary alias. Is this normal?

I couldn’t find a loop in the records of the Taburls table. The strange thing is that it mostly happens after an app pool recycle. The last time I saw another error before the 404 errors. Can this help?

We just experienced the exact same problem running DNN 9.1.1. Startpage was working fine but all subpages gave a 404 error once we tried to load them. After a recycle of the apppool everything was working fine again. So this seem to be a bug with DNN that is still around. Any ideas of what could be the cause of it or what to do to prevent it from happening again? We have not been able to find anything in the log files except a few:
