you Need to add a Primary Alias for each language, e.g. hue-media.com/en (en-US), hue-media.com/de (de-DE)

Hi Sebastian. I did the aliases per language and no more redirect error. But then there is a mess in the Home page for every language, is not recognizing the home page set for every language so from the end user perspective the localization is not working well. I had to keep ugly urls for multilanguage portals :(.

Jeronimo,
You need to specify the home page in each language:
- select language, enter site settings, select homepage, save settings
- do same for each language

Hi Sebastian,

That's that I meant. Now the issue is that the home page set for every language in site settings is not working well. After doing this then you go to the root (www.mydomain.com) and try to switch language through the language selector and it doesn't work. The language kept is the one detected by browser culture everytime you click on the language selector

Thanks for your support.

cheers

this sounds like an issue of the language selector - it should override all other settings.

Cheers from Germany,
