as all the errors are on view Profile page, I assume your site is hammered by a Registration bot. Check IIS eventlog for details.

I've been having some 503 errors with my host, and they said there are a lot of event logs in IIS like: a process serving application pool suffered a fatal communication error with the windows process activation service. the process id was 18480. the data field contains the error number

They say this is crashing the AppPool.

Would this registration bot be causing this, and how would I stop it?

Also,

I don't know if this is related, but in my even viewer, after clearing it it will work for a while, and then I will eventually go back and get this:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_ExceptionEvents_EventLog". The conflict occurred in database "DB_9BA861_CompanyDNN", table "dbo.ExceptionEvents", column 'LogEventID'. The statement has been terminated. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_ExceptionEvents_EventLog". The conflict occurred in database "DB_9BA861_CompanyDNN", table "dbo.ExceptionEvents", column 'LogEventID'. The statement has been terminated.

I have to clear it again to make it work

I have an update...It looks like the errors are possibly being generated by bots hitting a portal for /userprofile/tabid/444/userid/xxxx/default.aspx

Last year or so, I had bots creating thousands of users. I turned off registration and deleted the users, but it appears the bots might be trying to access the accounts? Shouldn't this just throw a 404 or something though and not an exception?
