Hello,

I am new to Dot Net Nuke and have VERY little experience I have been assigned a task of figuring out how to expanding our Dynamic Registration module.  I am having a problem adding 2 options to a combo box in the questions area.   After providing the name for the new option, when I click the plus button to add it to the list I get and error message stating:

"A critical error has occurred. Input string was not in a correct format."

Not sure why this is happening the entry I tried to add is a text string very similar to the ones that are already showing.

The version we are using in the development site, I believe is 565 and is using ASP.net 2.0

Any suggestions on how I can get more info on this error, or solve  and correct the problem would be great.

Thanks

Dynamic Registration is a 3rd party module (from DataSprings, if I remember correctly). I suggest contacting support at the vendor/developer.

Thanks for your response, but it turns out the problem was compatibility issue with my browser.  I was using the new Edge browser, and had to revert back to a previous version of Internet Explorer to get resolve the problem.

Perry, you should ask the vendor for an updated version of the extension, which is supporting latest browsers.
