I select Import Content from the module menu and there are suppose to be drop down menus for the folder and the specific file. The folder list is there but the file list is blank. Any ideas as to why this would happen? Thanks

1) Silly question, but are you 100% sure there are files in the folder?

2) If the files are there, are they of the right "type"? Do they perhaps have an Extension that DNN doesn't "allow"? (Try host/extensions)

3) Did you "sync" the file system so that DNN knows the files are there?

Thanks for the quick response Chris.

1) Yes, the files are in the folder.

2) I have tried the files in both .xls and .csv formats.

3) I had not sync the file system until your suggestion. I have now synchronize the files and the problem still exists.

Sorry to hear that Kevin. My next suggestion would be to check with the module vendor, they might have an idea.

Chris
