Its for Google (SEO) Webmaster Tools

These are not so good, they do not index the whole site (not all URLs come in sitemap.xml or imagessitemap.xml) produce a lot of rubbish too.

However they claim to be unlimited number of URLs. My website seems to be over 1,000 pages.

My Robot.txt is good, I should get all URLs I want.

I want all product pages and product images of my NB_Store (for DNN) module in the sitemaps, out of curiosity I checked the huge generated XML maps, but the 300 product pages and images where not there.

you need to check for a sitemap generator for NB_Store, I'd pose this question in the NB_Store forums.

Maybe you have pages which are standalone and have no links them from anywhere on your site.

Try these generators. I would try a desktop one. Maybe the web based ones give up, time out if your site is too slow.

I just remembered this. If your links are javascript links instead of pure hrefs, these tools probably can't follow the links. asp.net WebForms is notorious in creating such links. I would do a search on a tool that can run Javascript and follow those links. Such a tool would probably cost some money.
