I am trying to install DNN for 2 days and moving from one problem to another ,

after watching all the instalation video,steel could find the problem, my iis  has a site named 'dotnetnuke' i have givven the folder in wwwroot the right permissions for iis apppoll\dotnetnuke ,created new database name 'dotnetnuke'  created new loging  while giving the iis apppoll\dotnetnuke user the owner permission. at first i used MSSQLLocalDb instance after i have installed SQLEXPRESS  instance. in some cases i have managed to load the instal page but with no database but now when running localhost i am getting this error . dont know where to continue from here ?

What version of SQL Server are you using?

Did you install SQL Express, or a full version?

If a Full Version, did you choose "mixed mode" authentication when installing it, or Windows Auth?

At first i already had :Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (CTP2.3) - 13.0.500.53 (X64) Express Edition (64-bit) ,
than i though there might be a problem with this sql version than i installed :Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (SP2) - 10.50.4000.0 (X64) Express Edition (64-bit) .
i am using Windows 10 . i do'nt remember what i chose during installation but as you can see it is the express editions.

Since i realized that sql server 2008 express is compatible with win 10 i have uninstalled all sql instances i had, and did a clean install of 

Microsoft SQL Server 2014 -   Express Edition (64-bit) 

but steel nothing is working, same error, i also downloaded a new dnn-install package from code-plex created a new iis site configured all security ,in db as well as in file permissions :(

when installing SQL Server, you need to select mixed authentication.
After creating a blank database, you need to create a SQL Server account, map as database user and grant dbowner permission to this account.
