Check the PortalSettings table as well for a URL/alias field and try updating that as well.

is SQL Server installed locally on the web server?

I am very sorry for late, reason i lost my credentials even trying to reset password but did not received email. Anyways. I will continue with this User Name Now.

Gentleman Thankyou so much for your concerns.

1) I had move moved Files, Folder into another server (Inetpub\wwwroot)
2) I had restore Backup and change the Connection String according in Web.config
3) I add entries in PortalAlias as our New Server (localhost:80 & Yes in (is primary)

I try all the different settings but the error is the same
