Hello,

We recently upgraded our DNN site from Community Edition 6.2 to DNN Platform 8.0. We are no longer able to use the default DNN HTML Editor. The Rich Text Editor is not functioning. I have attached some screen-shots pertaining to the issue.

Please advice on how to solve this.

Thanks

DNN upgraded to the CKE provider for 8.0. Do you have that option available in the dropdown list?

Hi Chris,

I see that option and tried to apply. I am getting this page now. What should I do here? Just save the default settings?

Ram,

for the first time I would say: yes, just save it. CK Editor allows a lot of granular permissions for pages etc. - just play around with that if you're in need.

Happy DNNing!

Thank you Michael. I think this issue is sorted now.
